-A layered street network was developed in order to prioritize the streets for people, with cycling and pedestrian infrastructure in addition to the auto and transit grids. 
-All the parks, and open spaces as a part of the public realm in the city were connected by a network called the 
GREENWAY TRAIL. 
-Addition of the Hallandale Beach Blvd as a part of the greenway trail and development in its street infrastructure was proposed as it was an important axial connection of the city.
